Frequently Asked Questions...

What are your weekly themes?

Each week we focus on a different theme.  A description of themes is available here

What will children do at camp?

Full-day camp includes gymnastics instruction on vault, bars, beam and floor, gym games/activities, outdoor games/activities (weather permitting), arts & crafts, and free time for supervised self-directed play. Each week our activities are geared to our theme.

Half-day campers will experience all of these activities throughout the week, but may not experience each one every day.

What equipment is available to campers?

Children will play games and receive gymnastics instruction using a variety of equipment and training aids.  During the course of the week children will have scheduled time with their coach on all equipment including our bars, beams, vault, tumble track, trampolines and foam pit.

Can my camper be in the same group as her friend?

Yes! We will do our best to accommodate all requests to group friends together.

After you have registered, complete the Camp Request Form to let us know which campers want to be grouped together. One parent can submit the request on behalf of the campers.  Each family does not need to submit a request.

Sometimes siblings prefer not be grouped together. If that is your situation, you can use the form to make that request as well.

We must have your request at least 7 days prior to the start of camp.

Little campers and Big campers cannot be grouped together. While there will be times every day when all the campers are together, select activities will be modified to better meet the age and ability of the individual groups.  If a younger sibling is attending for the first time, don't worry about the children being in different groups. They will still be able to see each other and interact at various times throughout the day.

What should my child bring to camp?
