Registration

Registration for any program is complete when the Club has received:

· Electronic registration form

· Electronic waivers

· Payment or set-up of pre-authorized payment

Waiting Lists

Prospective participants may join a waiting list in the event the activity they are interested in is full. When space in an activity becomes available, you will be contacted by email. Families are contacted in the order in which they were added to the wait list. You will have two hours to register then the next family on the list will also be advised of the open space. This will continue until everyone on the list has been contacted and then the space will become publicly available.

Membership Fees

The Club will offer the appropriate Gymnastics Ontario membership to program participants who require a membership. The Club will submit payment to Gymnastics Ontario in accordance with their policies. There are no refunds for membership fees. The recreational membership fee is $35 and if valid from July 1st to June 30th of each year. There are no pro-rated discounts when purchased later in the season.

Administration Fees

  • Returned Item: $30

  • Activity Change Fee: $10

  • Early Withdrawal Fee (non-competitive): $50

Payment Methods

The Club will accept Visa and MasterCard online and in-office. Cash and Interac Debit are accepted in-office only. The Club does not accept personal cheques. We do not accept American Express.

Payment Schedule

Some programs will require payment in full at time of registration, others may offer installment plans. Please refer to the program specific information for further details.

Missed Activities

There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed activities.

Trial Classes

We do not offer trial classes.

Early Withdrawal from Recreational Classes

You must complete an Early Withdrawal Request form to withdraw from a recreational class.

Upon receipt of your Early Withdrawal Request form, your child will be immediately withdrawn from their class and a $50 early withdrawal fee will be posted to your account. The Club will calculate a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid fees, less the early withdrawal fee. Any refund due will be made to your original method of payment, any amount due to the Club will be charged to the pre-authorized card on file.


The Early Withdrawal fee will apply per child, per class.


The Gymnastics Ontario fee is non-refundable.

Early Withdrawal from Competitive Programs

Camp Cancellation

You must complete an Camp Cancellation Request form to cancel your camp registration. The amount of your refund will be determined by the date on which you submit your camp cancellation request form.

  • Cancellation form is received 28 days (4 weeks) or more before the first day of camp: Full Refund

  • Cancellation form is received more than 7 days (1 week), but less than 28 days (4 weeks), before the first day of camp: $50 cancellation fee

  • Cancellation form is received less than 7 days (1 week) before the first day of camp: No Refund


The Gymnastics Ontario fee is non-refundable.

Class Cancellations

There are no refunds or make-up classes when the Club cancels classes due to weather. The Club will provide a refund, credit or make-up class, at their sole discretion, for class cancellations due to staff shortage, mandatory closure, etc.

We make every effort to keep this information current, but in the event of a discrepancy between our Board approved policy manual and the website, our policy manual will apply.
