This is a girls only program with greater intensity and focus on correct gymnastics technique. Girls must be between 5 and 10 years of age, and have successfully completed one full session (September to June) of gymnastics prior to registration.

Why are there so many levels in the same class?

This approach provides the greatest flexibility for our families and our participants.

With multiple levels in the class, children can advance in the same class when they are ready without being held back or having to change classes midway through the season. Multiple levels in a class also allows children who are struggling on one event to continue to progress on the other three events.

Our coaches are experienced working with multiple levels in a single class as gymnastics skills are developed through progressions with one skill leading to the next.

How long does it take to complete a level?

Most children will require a full season (September to June) to achieve a level, with the higher levels requiring two or more full seasons.

Do you offer private classes?

Yes, we have a limited number of spaces available for private or semi-private classes for children ages 6-12. Privates for older children, adults and/or competitive athletes please contact our office for assistance.
