We host the best parties!
Your gymnastics party includes:
A maximum of 10 children, including the birthday child and up to four non-participating guests.
One hour of high-energy fun in the gym under the direction of a coach, followed by 45 minutes in our party area for food, gift opening, and refreshments.
Free party invitations -- just download and print.
Activities geared to the age of the birthday child.
The private party area will be set up with a large table covered with a new plastic table cloth with seating for 10 for the last 45 minutes of the party. It will not be available to you prior to that.
Our team will look after all clean up!
Please bring:
Your own food/drinks along with decorations, plates, cups, napkins, etc. We have a fridge available if needed. You are welcome to have pizza (or other food) delivered to the gym. Keep in mind that we are a peanut/tree nut free facility.
Other Important Party Information:
Guests must be between 4 and 12 years of age to participate in the gym activities.
We require that you prepare and submit an electronic guest list at least 24 hours before the start of your party. You can access the Guest List form here.
There may be other classes/activities going on in the gym during your party.
The party room will only be available at the designated time. During the first hour when the party room is not available, you may watch the children from the designated viewing area.
At the end of the party, one adult may enter the gym to take a group picture.
Let your guests know that children should be dressed for gymnastics (athletic wear, hair tied back), and be barefoot in the gym.
Even if other areas are not in use, the party is restricted to the designated area.
Party Schedule:
1:55 - 2:00pm: Party host arrives and checks in. Receipt of guest list is verified.
2:00 - 2:15pm: Guests arrive.
2:15 - 3:15 pm: Coach led in-gym activities.
3:00 - 4:00pm: Set up and use of party room.
4:00 - 4:05pm: Children are picked up promptly at 4:00pm.

Payment & Cancellations:
Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
Cancellations more than two weeks prior to the party date are eligible for a full refund. Less than two-weeks notice only 50% is refundable.
