RecGym
Recreational gymnastics is a fun and productive way to introduce children of all abilities to the sport's fundamentals. Unlike our Little Learners program, participants are placed in our RecGym program based on ability, experience, and age. Participants work and advance at their own pace with the guidance of certified coaches. We welcome new participants to join classes with available spots anytime during the season.
This program runs from September through June.

About RecGym
Curriculum
Our coaches follow our uniquely designed curriculum, guiding the participants as they progress through each level. Children will receive a ribbon and skill report card for each successful and fully completed level to commemorate their progress. Most children require an entire season (September to June) to complete a level, with higher levels requiring two or more entire sessions. Participants are always encouraged to work at their own pace. However, we recommend children who want to advance more quickly register for two classes a week.
Year End Event
To honour and celebrate our recreational athletes, we hold a showcase for all our recreational program participants. This is a fun event and an opportunity for parents to see the routines and skills their child has worked on each week in class. Attendance is optional, and participation is at an extra cost.
Report Cards & Achievement Ribbons
Each participant in our RecGym program works through a level suited to their ability. Report cards and ribbons are provided at the last class in June.
