Missed/Cancelled Classes

• If a participant misses a class, camp, or training for any reason (vacation, illness, school commitment, family events, etc.), we do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes. 

• Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not offered for classes cancelled due to inclement weather or power outages. 

• Fees are pro-rated to exclude classes known to be cancelled, such as statutory holidays, winter/spring break and special events being held at the Club.

Request to Withdraw from a Recreational Class

• To withdraw, a Request for Withdrawal form must be submitted. This form can be found on the home page of our site. The Club will calculate a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid fees, less a $50 early withdrawal fee. 

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method, and any amount due to the Club will be charged to the card on file. 

• The early withdrawal fee applies per child, per class. 

• The Gymnastics Ontario fee is non-refundable. 

• The $50 fee is waived if you withdraw before your third class. The Request to Cancel/Withdraw form can be found on the home page.

Camp Cancellation / Refund Policy

Camp Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can properly prepare for each camper’s experience. If you need to cancel your camper’s registration, you may receive a refund of any pre-paid camp fees, minus an administrative fee, provided cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp. 

The administration fees are:

• Full Day Full Week Camp: $100 / week / camper

• Half Day Full Week Camp: $50 / week / camper

• Single Day Camp: $20 / day / camper

Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before the first day of camp are not eligible for a refund. However, in certain cases (e.g., medical emergencies with documentation), we may offer a partial credit toward a future camp session.

Request a Refund
To request a refund, please complete the Camp Request to Withdraw form that is available on our website. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Missed Days & Early Departures
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days or early departures once the camp session has started.
