Scarborough Gym Elites is seeking an Office Manager who is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. As the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, they provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The Office Manager is the in-house expert on key software systems, including Payworks, Uplifter, and Microsoft Office, and will train staff, troubleshoot issues, identify improvement opportunities, and manage platform configurations. They will also work closely with the Bookkeeper to maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting. In addition, the Office Manager oversees purchasing, vendor management, and provides administrative support to the Executive Director, assisting with special events, fundraising, and volunteer management. The Office Manager actively participates in management and team meetings, collaborates with program directors to support club events, and engages with the gymnastics community. Clear, timely, and professional communication is essential in this role.
Education & Experience
· University degree or college diploma in a related discipline
· 3+ years related experience
Knowledge & Skills
· Excellent communication (oral and written English) and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional MS Office skills with ability to quickly learn other software/programs.
· Superior troubleshooting skills.
· Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
· Ability to think and work strategically.
· Ability to perform at a fast pace and multi-task with ability to prioritize projects.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
