Active Start

Active Start is where your child’s gymnastics journey begins! Active Start classes introduce movement, confidence, and fun in a safe and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate instruction, children develop coordination, confidence, and basic motor skills, while learning to love movement.

• Parent & Child
  For children who are walking to age 3, with parent participation.

• MiniGym
  For 3-year-olds, focused on exploration, balance, and basic movement.

• KinderGym
  For ages 4–5, preparing children for entry to our RecGym program.

We also have a Pre-School drop in program.
