Payment & Discounts

The following policies apply to our recreational classes, camp programs and birthday parties. Policies for our competitive program are provided in our Competitive Program Member Handbook.

Installment Plans: When you register, you are registering for the full season - September through June. Payment options will be presented to you during the registration process, and include monthly installments. Monthly installments require that a credit card be set up for automatic billing on the 1st day of each month. Your first installment is due at time of registration. For example, if you register in August for a class beginning in September, the September fee is due at time of registration. Your next payment will be automatically billed to you on October 1st.

Membership Fee: Your membership fee, includes insurance provided by Gymnastics Ontario. This annual fee will be added to your first registration of the gymnastics season and is due at time of registration.

Method of Payment: We accept all major credit cards. To make payment by cash or debit, please call the office to register by phone and to make arrangements for in-person payment. Due to COVID-19 our office is closed to walk-in traffic and you must make an appointment to register in-person.

Returned Items: A $30 returned item chanrge will apply to any failed pre-authorized payment regardless of the reason. The outstanding fee and the service charge must be paid within 5 days. Failure to make payment (including returned payment charge) will result in suspension from class until payment is made.
