Registration for any program is complete when the Club has received:
· Electronic registration form
· Electronic waivers
· Payment or set-up of pre-authorized payment
Participants may be added to a waiting list in the event the activity they are interested in is full. When space in an activity becomes available, effort is made to offer registration to individuals in the order in which they were added to the wait list.
The Club will offer the appropriate Gymnastics Ontario membership to program participants who require a membership. The Club will submit payment to Gymnastics Ontario in accordance with their policies. There are no refunds for membership fees.
Some programs will require payment in full at time of registration, others may offer subscription or installment plans. The Club will accept all major credit cards online and in-office. Cash and Interac Debit are accepted in-office only. The Club does not accept personal cheques.
A returned item fee of $30 will apply to any failed pre-authorized payment unless the failure is attributed to the Club.
Payment Arrangements & Unpaid Fees
Program fees are due in accordance with the terms outlined during the registration process.
The Executive Director will review and approve all payment arrangements.
Participants with overdue fees and without a payment arrangement in place will be suspended until all overdue fees are paid in full.
All requests to change from one non-competitive activity to another (i.e., move participant from Thursday to Saturday class) are subject to a change fee of $10. The fee will be waived if the Club requests the change.
There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed activities.
Early Withdrawal from Recreational / Camp Programs
When a request to withdraw from a non-competitive activity is received an Early Withdrawal Administration Fee or an Early Withdrawal Penalty may be charged in accordance with the schedule below.
31+ days before first class: Full refund
30 or less days before first class: $25 cancellation fee
After 1st class but before 2nd class: $25 cancellation fee plus pro-rated cost of 1st class
After 2nd class: Cancellation fee equal to one month of fees
31+ days before first day of camp week: Full refund
30 or less days before first day of half-day camp week: $25 cancellation fee
30 or less days before first day of full-day camp week: $50 cancellation fee
After 1st day of camp: No Refund
